1. The service and this agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of 39 Days Home Video Studio, operated by 39 Days Home. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service provides AI-assisted product video creation, media processing, content organization, authorized social publishing and related business tools. Features depend on your workspace configuration and third-party availability. We are independent of TikTok, Meta and the AI providers integrated with the service.

2. Eligibility and workspace responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to enter this agreement. If acting for a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind it. Provide accurate information and protect access to your workspace and connected platform accounts.

You are responsible for instructions submitted by people you permit to use your workspace. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not use another person’s social account without permission.

3. Your content and permitted use

You retain rights you hold in your uploaded images, videos, prompts, captions and other content. You grant us a limited license to store, process, transmit and display that content as necessary to provide the service and carry out your instructions, including processing by selected third-party providers.

You must have all necessary rights and permissions, including rights to music, likenesses, trademarks and product materials. Do not use the service for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive or harmful content; spam; credential theft; unauthorized account access; or attempts to evade platform restrictions.

4. AI output and human review

AI-generated material can be inaccurate, inconsistent or unsuitable. Review output, translations, subtitles, advertising claims and intellectual-property considerations before using or publishing it. We do not guarantee uniqueness, commercial performance, factual accuracy or a particular generation result.

You remain responsible for required AI-content disclosures, commercial-content labels and compliance with advertising laws and platform rules. Previewing narration may use paid AI services even when no video generation request is submitted.

5. Connected accounts and publishing instructions

Connecting TikTok uses TikTok’s OAuth authorization flow and the permissions you approve. We do not ask for your TikTok password. You authorize the service to use issued credentials only to provide connected-account features within granted scopes and your instructions.

Before submitting a post or schedule, review the content, selected account, caption, privacy and other available settings. Confirmed scheduling authorizes future processing of that instruction. Following an interruption, an overdue authorized task may be recovered and processed after service resumes; scheduled times are targets rather than a guarantee.

We apply duplicate-prevention and account checks, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or exactly-once operation across third-party systems. A platform may reject, delay, restrict or remove content. You may revoke authorization through TikTok’s permissions controls; contact your workspace administrator or us promptly about cancellation or stored-data requests.

6. Charges, estimates and third-party services

Any subscription, service charges, quotas or payment conditions offered to you are governed by the applicable order or workspace arrangement. Video engines, text generation, speech, storage and other providers may impose their own charges and terms.

Displayed API costs are estimates, not provider invoices, and may exclude failed attempts, text generation, narration, storage, taxes or other costs. Confirm applicable fees before submitting a paid operation. Refunds and cancellations are governed by the applicable arrangement and mandatory law.

7. Privacy and security

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we process, how OAuth credentials are stored and used, and how to request access or deletion. You are responsible for ensuring that personal data you upload or process is lawfully collected and shared.

Do not include passwords, access tokens or unnecessary sensitive personal information in prompts or support messages. Security measures reduce risk but do not eliminate every risk associated with online services.

8. Availability, changes and suspension

We may maintain, update, limit or discontinue features, including where required by a provider or law. We may suspend access for material breach, security concerns, unauthorized activity or non-payment under an applicable arrangement. We will provide notice when reasonably practicable and lawful.

You may stop using the service and revoke connected-platform permissions. Contact us about closing access or deleting stored data. Records may be retained where required for legal obligations, security, dispute resolution or financial recordkeeping, as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers and limitations

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free output, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not guarantee platform approval, account standing, sales, views or engagement.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost opportunities or third-party platform actions. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer or other statutory rights.

10. Disputes and general provisions

Contact xushangshe@gmail.com first so we can attempt to resolve a concern. Applicable law and the courts having jurisdiction will determine any unresolved dispute; these Terms do not remove mandatory rights or jurisdiction protections available to you.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent lawful. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. These Terms and any applicable order form the agreement concerning the service.

11. Updates and contact

We may update these Terms as the service or legal requirements change. The last-updated date identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through the service or an available contact method where appropriate. Continued use after changes take effect is subject to the updated Terms and applicable law.

The service operator is 39 Days Home. Questions about these Terms can be sent to xushangshe@gmail.com.
